She employs Core Energetics body based techniques that allow for a deeper and quicker healing than regular talk-therapy. Her knowledge of plant medicine integration supports trauma adn relationship healing with individuals on the plant medicine path.
I’m so grateful to be living the life of my dreams—with intimate, loving relationships, raw and authentic confidence, and the joy and power to meet life’s challenges with presence. It wasn’t always this way. It took a deep commitment to healing– Core Energetics somatic therapy, and plant medicine integration to arrive here. My journey, rooted in trauma healing, spiritual embodiment, and holistic practices—has led me to a life of purpose and professional mastery.
Now, based in Washington DC, I bring those gifts to my clients through an integrated, body-centered approach that supports deep, lasting transformation.
